1 star is to many. Their service depatment did extended warranty work on my car. 3 weeks later the car needs a new motor. Own up to your screw up. The service department junked my car and are now refusing to own up to it.

They are more then happy to sell you something and would like to do anything to help till you ask them for help but it will cost you.

Great place to get oil change. Thoroughly check your fluids, tires, brakes, etc. Nice people.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Northtown is the worst dealership/shop I have ever been to. I bought my vehicle elsewhere but brought it to be serviced here in May of 2017. I brought it in not knowing what was wrong with it. They looked at it and told me the pistons all needed to be replaced and that they were under warranty. Great, so they did that and returned the vehicle to me. It wasn't but a week when the same problem came back. I brought the vehicle back into the shop. This time they said the fuel injectors needed to be replaced and it was NOT covered under warranty and it would cost nearly $1,000 to fix it. Having only one vehicle, I didn't have a choice so I told them to carry on and fix it. I got the vehicle back in a couple of days. This "fix" lasted a little more than a month and the same issue started again. I called them a third time, this time I wasn't very happy. I proceeded to tell them that this was still not fixed and that I have spent a lot of time and money on this and it was unacceptable. They told me their parts and labor had a year warranty and to bring it back in a third time. I brought it in this morning, July 10th at 7:30 AM and they called me at 10:30 AM stating that the fuel pump was bad and it needed to be replaced costing another $600. I asked them why this wasn't caught the first 2 times it was serviced and they didn't answer me directly. Now that my car is over the warranty mileage (it was NOT) over the first and second time it was serviced, they cannot replace it under warranty so the money will have to come out of pocket. I told them I've had enough with their business and told them they cannot fix this. Sorry this was long, but I hope it tells just how bad this place really is. DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE.

I'd say it's a fair place. But when I got my car I had problems about 2weeks or so after purchased. I kind of wonder how thorough the inspection was when I took it home. A lot of $ was put into it.
