Just got a used car here. Tricia was our sales person and was very helpful. Negotiation went well and paperwork was easy. Very happy with the price of the car.
Had 2 experiences here and both times the sales staff appeared to need more training before being allowed to sell unsupervised, financial manager needs to more forward and honest with potential customers. We were pre-approved for financing at Broadway Chrysler through our own financial institute and they wouldn't accept the financing
I bought a $1500. Pickup from them. I knew it was old but it ran good. Needed one to go back and forth to work. Drove it home and the rearend is shot. Went back to complain and i was told that they don't check those out and you get what you get. I said i want my money back and all they would do is say i have to clear that with someone higher up. Jordan said he would call me back
He never did. I called to speak to Jordan and was told he was busy and he would call when he wasn't. He never called back. I guess Broadway Chrysler is more worried about losing that $1500 sale that being honest possibly having me buy a vehicle from them in the future. Broadway Chrysler will never see another dime from me. I told them they should sell junk to a junk yard instead of someone needing one to drive. I am letting everyone if you want to do business with a good dealership i am going elsewhere

for the third time I decided to let them try to sell me a vehicle. had issues with the manager both times and bought elsewhere. I knew exactly what I wanted for a new vehicle and brought my trade in for appraisal and after waiting and waiting (the place was empty and he appeared to be doing nothing) for the manager to look at it I just gave up and left! Salesman was excellent and extremely knowledgeable but, the manager sucks!! he has no concept of a customers time. could have given them a hell of a sale on a $45,000 SUV but i'll give my business to another dealership unfortunately that's not local. they really need to work on the management there!
