Jenn was very helpful when it came to buying the trailer, we also bought the 46" cut Cub Cadet mower and for 1,699.99 we shouldn't have had to work on it since we bought it. We've had to completely drain the fuel system and put fresh gas in it and now we need a new choke cable and spring because whomever did the tuneup was a moron and didn't put the electric choke back on the mower. 3 stars for the fact that tractor supply obviously can't take care of the products that they sell
