I normally LOVE going here. I don't mean to be rude but Karen, who seems older, doesn't seem to remember me at all when everyone else does. The problem that creates is that while I get the same haircut every time, she usually cuts it differently than what I need. Her hands are unsteady so she might accidentally cut your neck if she's doing a beard trim (I'm still bleeding!). Please be careful if you have Karen! Otherwise, the rest are amazing!
I have heard nor have I had a good experience here. A friend was here for 5 hours getting her hair dyed dirty blonde, they messed up and her hair was a strawberry on the front half of her hair and blond in the back. They messed up my hair, it was just chopped in chunks not even what so ever. 0/10 go somewhere else

Just got a haircut from the older white haired lady who could not be f****** bothered to give two s**** about her job. Every other time I've gone there I've been pretty happy with the experience and the overall end result of the haircut. This was the first time I did not tip. I realize that the cowlicks in my hair don't lend itself to being easily styled but god damn at least make a suggestion. This is the last time I will visit Cost Cutters.
